Repairs

The repair policy of RLJ states that if an RLJ piece fails during normal wear due within 60 days of delivery due to a defect in material or workmanship, as solely determined by RLJ, the piece will be repaired at no cost to the customer.

However, any decision to repair a piece of RLJ is subject to review and solely at the discretion of RLJ .

To receive a repair, all customers must provide valid proof of purchase.

This policy is in place to ensure that only genuine RLJ products are being repaired.
